How to Make Kale Smoothie

To make a refreshing drink with a fantastic green color, simply blend grapes and kale for about 5 minutes. The result is several glasses packed with fiber and vitamins. This smoothie can be made for breakfast or as a healthy refreshing drink any time of day, adding your favorite fruits, such as bananas or pears.


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. kale
  • 1 cup of grapes
  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 1/2 pear, core removed
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Combine kale, grapes, orange juice, pear, banana, and 1/2 cup water in a blender with ice. Blend until smooth.
    Exit: 950 ml.
