Ingredients:


For coconut ice:
  • 350 ml coconut water

For the smoothie:
  • 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. coconut sorbet
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coconut meat
  • 6 coconut ice cubes
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Make coconut ice: Pour coconut water into ice cube trays, place in the freezer and freeze.
  • Step 2
  • Make a smoothie: In a blender, combine pineapple, Greek yogurt, coconut sorbet, coconut milk, coconut water, coconut pulp, and 6 coconut ice cubes and blend until smooth.
