Fresh strawberries, watermelon, peaches, and orange juice give this aromatic smoothie a hint of sunny sunrise and a pleasantly refreshing taste. Rich in vitamins and healthy dietary fiber, it's perfect for a light summer breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped ripe strawberries (5 large berries)
  • 1 cup chopped seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup chopped fresh peaches
  • 1 tbsp. raspberry sorbet
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Place strawberries, watermelon, peach, sorbet and orange juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Add more orange juice if you want to thin out the smoothie a bit. Serve immediately in tall glasses with straws.
