Non-alcoholic cocktail "Pomegranate Dawn"

How to Make - Pomegranate Dawn Non-Alcoholic Cocktail
Time: 5 min.
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 1 cocktail

Many non-alcoholic cocktails, or so-called mocktails, are too simple or too sweet, but this drink from Carla Hall offers a complex, multi-layered flavor. You can even add alcohol if you like. Everyone will be happy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice + lime wheel for garnish
  • 1 cardamom pod (or a generous pinch of ground cardamom)
  • 120 ml pomegranate tea, cool
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses
  • Chilled sparkling water
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Pour in the lime juice and place the cardamom pod in the bottom of the shaker and crush it with the handle of a wooden spoon (if you are using ground cardamom, simply mix it with the lime juice).
  • Step 2
  • Add brewed tea, pomegranate molasses and a few ice cubes to a shaker and shake well for 15 seconds.
  • Step 3
  • Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the tea mixture into it; top with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
