Non-alcoholic cocktail "Chocolate Martini"

This non-alcoholic version of the traditional chocolate martini is made without liqueurs or vodka. All you need is milk, chocolate syrup, and a little cornstarch to give the drink its velvety texture. Serve in chocolate-decorated martini glasses.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup + extra for garnishing glasses
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • Crushed ice, as needed
  • 2 martini glasses
  • Chocolate sprinkles
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine milk, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, corn syrup, and crushed ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Pour some chocolate syrup onto a small plate and sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles onto another small plate. Dip the rim of each glass in the chocolate syrup, then dip the rim in chocolate sprinkles. Fill each glass to the top with the chocolate milkshake.
