Part dessert, part after-dinner drink, this popular martini cocktail features both vanilla and pumpkin pie liqueurs, along with a splash of heavy cream for a creamy texture and graham cracker crumbs for garnish and extra flair.


Ingredients:

  • 15 ml vanilla vodka (optional, for strength)
  • 30 ml pumpkin pie liqueur
  • 15 ml Kahlua liqueur (Mexican coffee liqueur)
  • 15 ml caramel liqueur
  • 15 ml. low-fat cream (10-12%)
  • Crumb from graham crackers (whole grain cookies)
  • Cinnamon stick (for decoration)
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a large martini glass topped with graham crackers. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
