This cocktail is a true dessert you can drink! Light and creamy, it's the perfect blend of traditional fall flavors in a unique new form. Be sure to shake this martini well to ensure it's properly chilled. Serve in a frozen glass.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1 graham cracker, crumble finely
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 3 tbsp. pumpkin puree no additives
  • 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) vanilla vodka
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) 10% cream
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Italian herbal liqueur "Amaro"
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) spiced rum
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Special equipment: cocktail shaker

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Pour corn syrup onto a plate. Place crushed graham crackers on another plate and sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Turn a martini glass upside down and brush the rim with corn syrup, then dip it into the crumbs to adhere. Freeze the glass until ready to use.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vodka, amaro, rum, remaining pumpkin pie spice, and ice. Shake until the shaker is very cold and foggy on the outside, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve immediately.
