Ingredients:

  • 4 jars (225g) pimento-stuffed olives (makes 4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup gin (or vodka, if you prefer)
  • 1 tbsp vermouth
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Open the jars and drain the olives, then transfer them to a bowl. Pour in the gin, vermouth, and chili oil and stir. Let them sit for 30 minutes while you prepare for the party. You can store the remaining olives in a lidded jar for a couple of days or longer, although it's unlikely that will happen.
    Exit: 4 tbsp.
