The martini cocktail has so many variations that often the only thing remaining from the original is the cone-shaped glass. Nevertheless, martini always evokes a premium taste, elegance, and sophistication. Create a martini with delicate fruity notes by mixing vodka with young, aromatic plum wine. Add frozen raspberries to the cocktail and enjoy its refined summer flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of vodka or gin
  • 1 tbsp. plum wine
  • 2 cups shaved ice
  • Frozen raspberries for decoration
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Fill a pitcher with shaved ice. Add vodka and plum wine and stir well. Strain into martini glasses. Add a handful of frozen raspberries to each glass. Serve immediately.
