Recipe for a quick dessert – plum cobbler.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 750 grams of plums, pitted and cut into slices
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of freshly ground breadcrumbs (you can replace half of the breadcrumbs with flour)
  • 75 grams of butter
  • 30 grams of soft brown sugar
  • 15 grams of different spices
  • Cream

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish, place half the plum slices, and sprinkle with half the sugar. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, brown and remaining regular sugar, butter, and spices. Cover the plums with half of this mixture. Top with the remaining plum slices and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs mixed with sugar. Bake for 30 minutes, then serve with cream.

    You can cook Plum cobbler in a slow cooker.
