3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Filling

  • 2.5 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 2.5 cups peeled and sliced ​​pears
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. premium flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tbsp (60 g) butter, softened
  • Ice cream for serving

Topping

  • 1/2 cup self-raising flour (flour with baking powder and salt)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened

Whipped cream

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking pan.

    Combine apples, pears, sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and 2 tablespoons of oil in a large bowl. Add to the prepared baking dish and pour in the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and egg. Spread over the apples. Bake until golden brown, about 40-45 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
