A few sheets of puff pastry in the fridge means you can whip up delicious, quick baked goods at any time. The crisp, airy layers pair perfectly with any filling. Try this recipe for quick, individual pear tarts. Sprinkle buttered puff pastry with cinnamon sugar, top with slices of canned pears, sprinkle with cheese, and bake. Despite the baking time, keep a close eye on the puff pastry, as it can quickly burn around the edges depending on your oven type.
