Charlotte with apples and plums

Recipe for making charlotte in a slow cooker with apples and plums.
Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 6-8 plums
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 apples
- 20 g butter
- Poppy seeds and vanilla to taste
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- Step 1
- Wash the apples and plums, dry them with a napkin or towel, remove the seeds and pits and chop finely. Step 2
- Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, poppy seeds, and vanilla into the resulting mixture, then add the fruit. Step 3
- For a marbled effect, combine only a third of the dough with cocoa powder. Mix well, place in a greased multicooker bowl, and bake for 50-60 minutes on the "Bake" setting.
