A healthy snack on the go can be made with thin pita wraps filled with juicy fresh spinach, slices of beef steak, and slices of grilled plum for a contrasting flavor. This recipe uses a store-bought salad mix with blue cheese, dried cherries, and vinaigrette, so you're guaranteed a burst of flavor!

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 220 g sirloin steak
- 2 plums
- Olive oil for greasing
- 1 package of spinach, dried cherry, almond and blue cheese salad mix
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 multigrain tortillas or lavash, 25cm in diameter.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste. Grill to your desired doneness. Cover the finished steak and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
- Halve the plums and remove the pits. Slice horizontally into 3 wedges. Brush with olive oil and grill until charred on each side. Let cool slightly, then slice.
- Combine all salad ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl. Add the plums and onion and mix well. Stir in the dressing.
- Microwave the lavash for 35-40 seconds to soften it. Place the salad and sliced steak on the lavash and roll it up.
