"Keep a close eye on the granola while it's baking. Chefs usually advise keeping the oven closed, but there's a fine line between beautifully toasted and burnt granola. So I recommend stirring it frequently but quickly to allow it to rest a little from the heat and toast evenly," says Justin Warner.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • 150 g dried cherries

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Granola:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine the butter, brown sugar, and agave in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until bubbly, about 4 minutes. Add the agave mixture to the oats, almonds, and salt in a heatproof bowl and toss to coat completely. Transfer this mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread as thinly as possible. Bake, stirring frequently, until the granola is evenly browned, about 20 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and quickly toss with the cherries and lime zest. Let cool.

  3. Yogurt:

Halve the vanilla beans lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the Greek yogurt. Add the powdered sugar and salt, if using, and stir. Keep the vanilla beans in the yogurt until ready to serve.
  4. Spoon the yogurt into the bowls and top with granola. Serve immediately.
