Peanut granola - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups raw peanuts
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 4.5 cups of Hercules flakes (breakfast cereal)
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup white sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup apple jam or applesauce
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup clover honey or other liquid honey
  • 1/3 tbsp. brown rice syrup or rice malt syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons canola or sunflower oil
  • Chocolate chips for decoration

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 155°C.

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread the mixture evenly on 2 baking sheets and bake for 40 minutes to an hour, turning halfway through. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
    Exit: 10 tbsp.
