This sweet and spicy apple pie-flavored granola is more suitable for dessert than breakfast. Cinnamon-sugar pita chips give the mixture a golden-brown pie crust flavor, while apple chips add just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. Eat the granola plain with a spoon, sprinkle it over vanilla ice cream, or mix it into yogurt.
