Homemade granola with coconut and dried fruits - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 4 cups of rolled oats
  • 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 cups chopped almonds
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. mustard honey
  • 1.5 cups finely chopped dried apricots
  • 1 cup finely chopped figs
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.

    In a 12 x 18-inch baking pan, combine the oats, coconut, and almonds. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter and honey. Pour the syrup over the granola and stir with a wooden spoon. Bake, scraping down the bottom occasionally, until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool. Add dried apricots, figs, dried cherries, and cranberries, and sprinkle with cashews.
    Exit: 12 tbsp.
