Homemade granola with coconut and dried fruits - a detailed recipe.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 cups of rolled oats
- 2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
- 2 cups chopped almonds
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard honey
- 1.5 cups finely chopped dried apricots
- 1 cup finely chopped figs
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
In a 12 x 18-inch baking pan, combine the oats, coconut, and almonds. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter and honey. Pour the syrup over the granola and stir with a wooden spoon. Bake, scraping down the bottom occasionally, until golden brown, about 45 minutes. - Remove from the oven and let cool. Add dried apricots, figs, dried cherries, and cranberries, and sprinkle with cashews.
