Recipe:
Place 2 cans of evaporated milk in a 22 x 32 cm baking dish. Cover with foil and place in the oven; peel back the foil and pour in enough hot water to cover halfway.
Preheat oven to 220°C and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Transfer to a food processor and beat with 250g of butter until smooth. Refrigerate until thickened, 1 hour. Use in sweet pastries.
Exit: about 2 tbsp.
