To get a perfectly balanced spice blend, it's best to make it yourself. Often, unscrupulous spice manufacturers add chemical additives and cheap spices to their blends, throwing off all the proportions and ruining the seasoning's overall effect. This fajita seasoning is very easy to make yourself. All its ingredients can be found at markets and supermarkets. And you can add it not only to fajitas, but also to tacos, meat salads, and generally any dish you want to give a Mexican twist.
