A dry marinade made with sixteen spices for rubbing on chicken. Bobby Flay's aromatic seasoning is perfect for grilled chicken.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. ancho chili pepper seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons pasilla chili seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 3 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 3 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp. l. ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp. ground fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chile de árbol peppers
  • 3 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Apply the dry marinade to the chicken. Marinate the meat for 12-24 hours.
