Ancho chili powder

This homemade chili powder adds a smoky flavor to chili dishes and can also be used to marinate beef.
Time: 10 min.
A spice mix with ground chili pepper, cumin and paprika.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 ancho chile peppers (dried poblano peppers with a smoky flavor), seeded and torn into pieces
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp. l. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of sugar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a dry frying pan, toast the chili peppers over low heat until fragrant, shaking the pan to prevent burning.
- Place the chili in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse again until evenly combined.
