1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. rapeseed oil or any vegetable oil
