  • 1.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 green onion stalks, chopped (green tops)

We recommend
Recipes with similar ingredients: mahi-mahi, jalapeno pepper, red onion, thyme, white peppercorns, nutmeg, cinnamon

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Prepare the marinade: Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for 15 seconds. (This will make more marinade than you need. It can be refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 2 months.)
  2. Grill the fish: Season the fish with salt and brush each side with 2 teaspoons of the marinade. Place the fish on a hot grill or grill pan and reduce the heat to medium. After 2 minutes (the bottom will be browned), turn the fillets over and grill for 3-5 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
