Celery salt (spice)

Celery salt is a dry mixture of crushed celery seeds and salt (on an industrial scale it is more often made from celery root extract), it is also a ready-made seasoning with the addition of other herbs and spices.

It is used in the preparation of soups, meat and vegetable dishes, as well as sauces and marinades, as an ingredient for Bloody Mary cocktail.
