A simple way to transform fresh peaches into a delicious dessert is to grill them. Once the fruit is nicely grilled and softened, serve with butter mixed with sugar and cinnamon. This aromatic spice pairs wonderfully not only with apples but also with peaches. Fresh mint leaves are a wonderful complement to this sweet fruit dessert. Sprinkle them over the grilled peaches and enjoy. If desired, serve the warm peaches with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
