This recipe makes 12 large pancakes, each about 12 cm in diameter, which will transform an ordinary breakfast or lunch into a true feast of flavors. A mouthwatering mound of chocolate pancakes with peach slices in cinnamon syrup will brighten up even the gloomiest day. For an even more enticing effect, add fresh berries and vibrant mint leaves.

Chocolate pancakes
- 1 and 1/4 cups premium flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 and 2/3 tbsp. sour milk, room temperature
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate chunks
Peaches with cinnamon
- 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
- 1/4 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 peaches, peeled and sliced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Chocolate pancakesSift together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the sour milk mixture into the dry ingredients with flour and stir until combined (a few lumps are allowed). Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush with oil. Pour the batter onto the grill and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the pancakes over and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer the pancakes from the grill to a plate, cover, and keep warm while you prepare the peaches.
