What could be more delicious than a juicy, ripe summer peach? Its exquisite flavor will enhance any dessert or breakfast, no matter where it's added. In this smoothie, peaches are blended with steamed oats, which, along with low-fat yogurt, give the smoothie a thick, creamy texture and make it more filling. Add honey and cinnamon for a richer flavor, blend well, and enjoy with a fresh peach.
