Oatmeal cooked in spiced milk, topped with strong espresso and topped with granola – a complete breakfast and coffee in one cup, perfect for on-the-go or enjoying on a lazy Saturday morning.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the milk to a simmer, then add the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Whisk the milk until foamy, then add the oats. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth, about 2.5 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture into 4 mugs. Stir a shot (50-90 ml) of espresso into each mug and top with 1 tablespoon of granola.
