To preserve the naturalness of this dessert, avoid adding artificial flavors, colors, or sprinkles. Honey, nuts, or dried fruit pair much better with frozen yogurt.


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups peeled and sliced ​​peaches
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (fructose)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. yogurt
  • 3/4 cup chilled heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Puree the peaches in a blender. Add sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla, and continue mixing until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Step 2
  • Whisk the peach puree with the yogurt. Once the puree reaches a smooth consistency, add the whipped cream and transfer to an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  • Place frozen yogurt in a non-oxidizing container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
