Pizza with peaches and blueberries


How to Make Peach and Blueberry Pizza

We've all long been accustomed to pizza with meat, seafood, or vegetables, but this world-famous symbol of Italy can easily be transformed into a dessert. Pizza with blueberries and peaches is very bright and colorful, and it's perfect for taking on a picnic, for example.


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup plain whipped cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. condensed milk with sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of fine sea salt
  • 300 gr. whole grain pizza dough
  • 450 g frozen peaches, sliced, defrosted
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Special equipment: pizza cutter and pizza stone (or pizza pan)
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place the pizza stone in the center of the oven and preheat to 260°C.
  • Step 2
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, condensed milk, Grand Marnier, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt until smooth.
  • Step 3
  • Stretch half of the dough into a circle 28 cm in diameter and 1.2 cm thick. Turn the dough out onto a floured pizza peel or pizza pan and spread half of the cream cheese mixture over it.

    Fan out half the peach slices in the center of the pizza. Scatter half the blueberries randomly over the top and sprinkle with half the pistachios.
  • Step 4
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and cut into slices with a pizza cutter. Repeat with the remaining dough to make a second pizza.
