Fresh blueberries and lemon infuse this iced tea with a wonderful fruity flavor and vitamins, while thyme adds a fragrant aroma. Let the tea steep for a few hours in the refrigerator and serve over ice as a refreshing summer drink.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place blueberries, thyme, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Mash until the blueberries are pureed and the lemon and thyme flavors are released.
- Add tea bags and 6 cups of water. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour.
- Strain the tea through a sieve lined with a damp coffee filter or damp paper towels. Add sweetener to taste and serve over ice.
