Start your day with this fruity, dairy-free smoothie, rich in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins. It's made with soy milk and topped with a variety of frozen berries and fruits, including bananas, for a velvety texture. Its purple color isn't just beautiful; it also indicates the presence of anthocyanins, which have antioxidant properties and help flush harmful substances from the body.
