A trail mix of nuts and dried fruits is a healthy snack that's perfect for on-the-go, at work, or at a house party. Mix the nuts with dried blueberries and add M&M's for a fun twist. You can make a large batch and store it in a tightly sealed container.

Ingredients:

  • 450 g (4 cups) almonds, toasted without oil
  • 450 gr. (4 tbsp.) cashews
  • 2 cups dried blueberries or cranberries
  • 1 1/3 cups M&M's Minis or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 and 1/3 cups coconut flakes
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
