  • 3 cups diced watermelon
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 sprig of mint, chopped
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water and sugar, bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Place 3 sprigs of mint in the sugar water for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the mint, add the lemon zest and juice, and season with a pinch of salt.
  • Step 2
  • Prepare fruit salad: Combine the sauce, blueberries, and watermelon in a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped mint.
