Inspired by Mediterranean flavors, this tomato and watermelon salad is fresh, vibrant, and bursting with the aroma of fragrant greens. The sweetness of the watermelon and ripe summer tomatoes is balanced by salty feta cheese and a tart lemon-spiked dressing.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 8 cups red and yellow heirloom tomatoes, cut into 4cm pieces.
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon slices, 4 cm in size.
  • Vinaigrette dressing with honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Innings

  • 1.5 cups feta, cut into 1 cm pieces.
  • 0.5 cup torn fresh basil leaves

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place tomato and watermelon pieces in a bowl.
  2. Refueling:
