In addition to juicy grape tomatoes, this hearty quinoa salad also features sliced tender hearts of palm and plenty of fresh herbs. A great summer option for a healthy snack or as a side dish to meat dishes.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cook 1 cup of quinoa according to package directions. Stir to cool slightly.
- Combine 1 cup halved grape tomatoes, 1 1/4 lb can (425 g) rinsed and sliced hearts of palm, 2 chopped green onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and a pinch of sugar; season with salt to taste. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
