South American quinoa is a storehouse of vitamins and essential micronutrients. Healthy eaters around the world actively use it in their diets. Beyond delicious side dishes, quinoa is also an ingredient in hearty salads. One of the simplest and most delicious quinoa salads is to mix it with greens and leafy vegetables. Add white grapes, avocado, cucumber, mint, parsley, green onions, and lime to the cooked quinoa. You'll be surprised at how delicious and juicy the salad turns out. The combination of lime and mint in one bowl is simply stunning. The dish is beautiful, delicious, and healthy.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 4 cups cooked quinoa, cooled
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 cups white grapes, halved
  • 1.5 cups diced cucumbers
  • 0.5 cup fresh mint, coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 4 green onions, white and light green parts, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large bowl, combine the lime zest and juice with olive oil. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
