- 1/4 cup toasted macadamia nuts, crushed

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine butter with parsley, shallots, garlic, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and macadamia nuts. Mix thoroughly, form into a sausage shape, and wrap in parchment paper. Freeze for about 2 hours. Once the butter has set, cut it into rounds.
- Cut the lobster in half lengthwise and place on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes. When the lobsters are done, place rounds of macadamia nut butter on the lobster meat and let it melt on the grill. Serve immediately.
