Grilled lobster with aromatic macadamia nut oil - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 10 lobsters (700-900 gr.)
  • 450 g softened butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 3 finely chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup toasted macadamia nuts, crushed

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine butter with parsley, shallots, garlic, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and macadamia nuts. Mix thoroughly, form into a sausage shape, and wrap in parchment paper. Freeze for about 2 hours. Once the butter has set, cut it into rounds.
  2. Cut the lobster in half lengthwise and place on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes. When the lobsters are done, place rounds of macadamia nut butter on the lobster meat and let it melt on the grill. Serve immediately.
