Even at a picnic after a barbecue, sometimes you crave dessert. A pizza-style dessert is a perfect solution for such an occasion. The prepared dough is stretched into a layer, then grilled and, while still warm, topped with Nutella, banana slices, coconut flakes, nuts, dried mango, and papaya. This Hawaiian-inspired treat is sure to please everyone.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 450 g of ready-made pizza dough
  • Rapeseed oil for greasing
  • 3/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread, such as Nutella
  • 3/4 cup banana slices
  • 3/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 0.5 cup chopped roasted salted macadamia nuts
  • 60 g dried mango, chopped (about 0.5 cup)
  • 60 g dried papaya, chopped (about 0.5 cup)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat the grill to high heat. It should be as hot as possible (400°F/260°C). Stretch the pizza dough to fit the baking sheet. Grease the grill and dough with vegetable oil. Slide and flip the pizza dough, oiled side down, directly onto the grill. Grill until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side, brushing the other side with oil before flipping.
  2. Remove the pizza crust from the grill and, while still warm, spread it with chocolate spread, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges. Top with coconut flakes, bananas, nuts, and dried fruit. Cut the pizza into squares and serve immediately.
