Tiramisu pizza - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 340 gr. mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar, plus a little more for decoration
  • 1/4 cup brewed and chilled espresso, plus more if needed
  • 1 baked pizza base
  • 200 g chocolate chips

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a food processor, blend the mascarpone with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the espresso and blend until the mixture forms a creamy paste. If it's too thick, add a little more espresso. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler.
  2. Spread the baked pizza crust with the tiramisu-flavored cream filling. Dust with powdered sugar. Create a variegated effect by drizzling alternate layers of melted chocolate over the surface. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Warm gently before serving.
