1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 1/4 cup brewed and chilled espresso, plus more if needed
- 1 baked pizza base

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a food processor, blend the mascarpone with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the espresso and blend until the mixture forms a creamy paste. If it's too thick, add a little more espresso. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- Spread the baked pizza crust with the tiramisu-flavored cream filling. Dust with powdered sugar. Create a variegated effect by drizzling alternate layers of melted chocolate over the surface. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Warm gently before serving.
