The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 pack (550 g) low-flour brownie mix
  • 1 pack (225 g) softened cream cheese
  • 1 can (225 g) of pineapple pulp (drain the syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 sliced ​​bananas
  • 1 cup sliced ​​fresh strawberries
  • Marshmallow
  • Cocktail cherries, a few
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Mint for decoration

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 38 cm diameter pizza pan.

    Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Remove the chocolate brownie from the oven and let cool.

    In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, adding the pineapple and sugar. Spread this mixture over the chocolate brownie base. Top with bananas, strawberry slices, marshmallows, and maraschino cherries. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut flakes. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Top with whipped cream and mint. To serve, slice the pizza and enjoy!
