Homemade brownie flour mix - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup (190 g) sugar
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65 g) premium wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter, chilled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Sift all dry ingredients. Place in a jar or airtight container.

    Melt the butter and let cool slightly. In a medium bowl, whisk together two eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and gently fold them in.
