Microwave brownies - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 110 g butter
  • 100 g unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup premium flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high power for 1-2 minutes to melt the chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix eggs and sugar.

    In a large bowl, sift the flour with baking powder and salt. Add the chocolate and egg mixtures along with the vanilla and mix well.

  3. Spray a microwave-safe glass baking dish (20 x 20 x 5 cm) or a round dish (20 cm in diameter) with cooking spray.

    Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly, then sprinkle with chocolate chips. Microwave for 5 minutes on high power. Remove from the microwave and let stand for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
