Brownie cake pops - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup premium flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 220 g melted butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 kg dark chocolate
  • Chocolate sprinkles for decoration
  • Additional equipment: 20 lollipop sticks and floral foam

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place a special silicone mat on a baking sheet.

    Sift together the sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt. Pour in the hot melted butter, add the vanilla, and mix. Use a small cake spatula to scoop out 20 portions and shape them into neat balls with your hands. Insert a skewer into each ball.

    Place on a sheet and let cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or double boiler and let cool slightly. Dip each ball in the chocolate. Lightly tap the rim of the bowl with a skewer until the chocolate coats the ball completely.

    Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Insert brownie pops into the floral foam and let the cake pops cool at room temperature.
