Chocolate Lava Cake is a stunning cake perfect for special occasions or a romantic dinner, despite its simplicity. It's especially easy to make using Ree Drummond's recipe: just mix all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the batter into the molds, and bake. It's important not to over-bake the cakes, so that only the shells set and the center remains warm but still flowing. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and enjoy dipping it into the chocolate lava as it oozes out of the cake.

- 60 g of dark chocolate
- 60 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 and 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups premium flour
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Spray four muffin tins with cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, microwave the butter, dark chocolate, and semisweet chocolate on high until melted, about 1 minute. Then whisk until the chocolate is melted. Stir in the powdered sugar. Stir in the eggs and egg yolks, then add the vanilla extract. Stir in the flour. Divide the batter evenly among the molds.
- Bake until the sides of the cupcakes are set and the centers are soft, about 13 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Invert onto individual plates while still warm and serve with vanilla ice cream.
