Chocolate Brownie with Whole Wheat Flour - A Detailed Recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 200 g of broken dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
  • 1 cup whole grain flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring constantly; make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

    Combine flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and brown sugar until smooth, then add the yogurt, oil, and vanilla and whisk to combine. Add all ingredients and combine.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.

    Spread the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool in the pan or on a wire rack before slicing.
