Chocolate chip cookies made from brownie dough - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 220 g softened butter
  • 1.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 30 g melted dark chocolate
  • 3 large eggs at room temperature
  • 2.5 cups premium flour
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 1.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (chocolate granules)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and chocolate until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well.
  2. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and slowly fold into the batter until combined. Add vanilla and chocolate chips.

    Drop large spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart. Bake for 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
