These chocolate chip cookies with white and dark chocolate chips are a true delight! They're incredibly tempting to look at, cracked and crisp on the outside, yet soft on the inside, with a rich flavor thanks to the addition of melted dark chocolate instead of cocoa powder. A pinch of ground cloves adds a delightful, spicy note. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for a few hours before baking, then spread it out onto a baking sheet in equal-sized balls for perfect cookies.
