These Ree Drummond cookies pack a triple dose of chocolate and take just 30 minutes to make. Cocoa powder is added to the dough, followed by white and dark chocolate chips. The cookies are soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious. Just right for the holidays!

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 280 g softened butter
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups premium flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips (32.5% cocoa content)
- 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips (70.5% cocoa content)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- In a mixer bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add the vanilla.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt, then add them to the mixer bowl a little at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop the dough in 1-tbsp mounds onto the baking sheet. Bake until set but still soft and pliable, about 8 minutes. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
